Q: Where are you located?

A:  We are located in 105  625 Parsons Road SW. Edmonton, AB , T6X 0N9.

Q: Do you see walk in patients?

A:  Yes, we accept walk in patients.

Q: What if I missed my appointment?

A:  Parsons Medical Centre requires 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call us ahead of time to reschedule. No shows will be charged a fee that vary based on the type of appointment.

Q: Are you currently open?

A:  Yes.  We are open 7 days a week.

Q: How can I book an appointment?

A: Appointments can be booked over the phone or at the reception desk of Parsons Medical Centre . We are planning to have online bookings in the near future.

Q: How many physicians work at the clinic?

A: There are currently Two  family physicians , Pediatrician , there will be respiratory specialist  in the centre.

Q: Can I ask for my prescription to be phoned in to the pharmacy?

A:  As per our clinic policy, we do not phone in prescriptions since some medications might need to be adjusted according to the patient’s health needs. A patient can either walk-in or book an appointment to get a prescription refilled.

Q: What info will I be asked for an appointment and when I come in for my appointment?

A:  We will need your first and last name, date of birth and phone number when booking an appointment and we will need to see a photo ID and health care card when you come in for your appointment.

Q: If I had lab work done, can I get the results over the phone?

A:  Our clinic policy is not to provide lab results or medical reports over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss the lab results or any medical reports. You will only be contacted by our office to come for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal.

A:  There is  free parking lot with easy access to the clinic.
